Our Mission Statement

Take One Performing Arts, LLC., is a performing arts organization for all ages- elementary, middle, junior & senior high school  interested in theatre. It is the brain child of four Brookhaven residents who saw a need for quality theatre performed by youth for the community. We are designed to promote all forms of theatre, as well as music and dramatic training for the singer/actor and a heightened awareness of historical and technical aspects pertaining to theatre. In addition, Take One Performing Arts, LLC., promotes family-oriented activities through theatre at a time when parents and youth need to bridge the "communication gap." it develops self-esteem and confidence with a school and family setting and encourages self-expression and creativity while motivating our youth to find alternatives to substance abuse and the "I'm bored" syndrome. Available to all Suffolk and Nassau County residents, our theatrical productions are designed to meet the needs of every child at all levels of interest and ability, while providing a constructive .outlet for the free time and energies of all young performers. All the programs are developed and executed by professionals in theatre and education. As anyone can see, Take One Theatre Arts, Inc. offers a broad range of expertise while providing a family atmosphere at an affordable price.
